Walls are fiberglass and one is stainless, Ceiling is also fiberglass. 9' range hood w/2-20" fans for exhaust. 2 friolaiters(48"x20"x10" deep(seperate propane tank needed), New 24" griddle and 2 burner comercial hot plate ( hooked-up to a 60lb propane tank mounted on back of truck)New service window(tempered high E glass), 5' service table stainless on top and wood shelf under. 4-5 cubic ft upright freezer(used), 3-4' flourescent lights, 3-2' decorative windows, single sink w/ 20 gallon fresh water tank, 25 gallon rollunder waste water tank. Many extras also(crock pots, utensiles, coffee pot , cash register, ect) PLUS: all new.microwave, refrigerator, and new portable generator( 7500 watts, 13HP OHV.

As far as the mechanical condition goes its been driven at the most 500 miles,in short distances. I replaced the complete brake system EXCEPT the mastercylinder. All lights have been replaced, new shocks all the way around. Tires seem good, fuse panel was replaced, with almost all the wiring from front to rear. Fiberglass and stainless walls with a new fiberglass ceiling. I had to build a back door made of wood with a piece of steel inside bolted to the wood for security with a bolt lock. Its not equipped for soft serve ice cream but could be done. It has a refrigerator, household type and a 4.5 cu. ft. upright freezer. Service window has a screen which was mandatory in the city.The generator is still in the box and is 7500 watts with a 6 gallon gas capacity. Its brand new and never has been started. Equipped with a 25 gallon fresh water plastic tank and the water pump runs off the trk. battery. The cooking appliance's all run on propane except the microwave, thats electric. There's also a 25 gal portable waste water tank you slide under the trk. and is capable being hooked to the sink from underneath. The coffee pot is a 112 cup electric pot for brewing.
