It is seven feet long, will hold 16 three gallon buckets of italian ice, or ice cream. It has a digital thermostat that allows you to plug it in and hold it at any temperature you want. It also has cold plates that allow you to take it to remote locations without power and serve for up to even hours without melting your product. Great for farmers markets and special events. It also has a five gallon water tank with heater and hand washing sink. It has been fully inspected by the county health department. It is almost brand new. Can also be outfitted with a tow package.
