I presented a delima to Stacy Sweet and he came through like a champ! We ordered 4 machines for a vending contract we were awarded at the last second. We ordered the machines on 12/21/11 and HAD to have delivery NLT 12/29- as you can imangine this presented quite a problem with shipping being so close to the Christmas holiday. Stacy went above and beyone the call. The original shipper backed out on the delivery date and Stacy worked his tail off securing another shipper who delivered my machines on time and in great condition! Your company is lucky to have an employee who cares that much and is willing to go the extra mile for excellent customer satisfaction. |

I have been in the vending business for a year or so. My first transactions with vending companies were expensive and not very customer service oriented. However, I have made them work. When I needed to buy more machines, I had plenty of time to look, research, and time to negotiate. I felt like I shopped the planet. When I contacted 4vendtips.com I wasn't sure of the process. Stacy Sweet immediately contacted me and thoroughly explained how their service works. She was diligent in ensuring that our current vendor was not on their list to avoid an embarrassing situation. Within 24 hours, a vendor contacted and met with me, and agreed to start service within 2 weeks. I figured that was the end of any communication but to my delightful surprise, Stacy followed up with not 1 but 2 emails to ensure our vending needs were being met. Using 4vendtips.com totally took out the hassle of trying to find a new snack vendor. This concept is a really great, hassle-free service to hook up companies with vendors.
