I want to thank Melissa for all of her help. I checked out your website for a new combination vending machine to add to our business. We had an opportunity to add a new site and they wanted 2 machines. We found an offer for 3 machines in our area and so we contacted your company to start the process. I e-mailed with Melissa regarding our small business and the plans that we had. The next day I received a call at my home for an even better deal. For about the same amount of money that we were going to pay for the 3 machines, she told us of an offer for 6 brand new and 1 slightly used machine. The only catch was that it was a fast deal as the seller was moving out of the area and wanted to move the machines. By that weekend we had picked up our 7 new machines and placed 2 of them. We have already made enough money back from those 2 mahines to pay for the 7 that we bought. We are in the process of placing the other 5. Thank you again Melissa for looking out for our best interest. I have already recommeded your site to a friend who is just getting started in the vending machine business. |

I was able to sell all my machines in one shot 09/13/2010
I recently got in contact with usedvending.com on a different matter and was put through to April. They were not able to help me on that matter, however April took her time and got to know me and my business, by asking questions. I mentioned that I had just got out of the cigarette machine business, because of the law changes in VA. The next day she had called me back and mentioned she had a buyer interested in buying all my cigarette machines. After about 3 weeks of really trying hard and going through all kinds of hoops, she managed to get the deal to go through. I was able to sell all my machines in one shot, with very little effort on my part. I will definately remember April for all my vending needs, both selling and buying because she is so easy to deal with. It was a real pleasure getting to know her.

It was a great experience for my first system 06/20/2011
I worked with April Hurd to purchase my first Vending machine. She was professionsal and answered all of my questions. She provided copies of the manuals for my review and made sure I knew what I was getting into when I ordered the Combo 300. The system arrived on time but the key was missing. April provided a key to me the next day and we go the system working. It was a great experience for my first system and I plan to call on her when my customers want to add vending to their business.

I just wanted to say THANKS! for my recent experiences I have had with your company. I am new to the vending industry, establishing myself in January 2009, and am still learning the ropes with a lot of help from April and Kara. These two ladies are huge assets to your company! I can't thank them enough for the assistance and information they have given to me.
I was contacted by Kara in March 2009 about a medium size account in my service area. After meeting with the client, it seemed like a good fit, and I informed Kara of my decision. She handled the entire transaction smoothly and without a hitch; it was a very different experience then I have had with the few locating services I have dealt with. At that point, I contacted April about the location. She listened to specifics of the account and made a recommendation as to which machines to consider. When it turned out that the machine we had chosen (an ST3000) was a little outside of my price range, April promptly arranged financing for the equipment. Considering the recent state of the credit markets, and the short length of time I have been in business, I was relieved to say the least! The machine was delivered with no problems and has been on location for about a month now. Everything is working great and the capacity of the unit seems a perfect fit for the account it is in. My first experience selling ANYTHING over the internet has been a great one
After deciding to close our vending business, my husband and I were at a loss about how we were going to sell 23 vending machines! We researched the internet to get an idea of how much Antares machines were selling for and came across USEDvending.com. It took us about 2 months to enter all of the information on the machines and we eventually finished by getting help from Melissa Powers. About 2 months passed and we did not have any bites on the machines, finding out that Antares had discontinued making our model because they were manufacturing a new, upgraded model. Melissa helped us with pricing and we waited! Two weeks ago, Melissa talked with a man interested in purchasing 4 machines from us. She called me and Randy, left messages. I called Melissa the following day and she was very thorough & efficient. She provided detailed information on my responsibilities to complete the sale and she was prompt to contact the buyer. After the purchase was complete, she followed up to make sure all was well. She then gave us the option of mailing a check or ACH deposit and we chose ACH deposit. To my surprise (not very many people follow up anymore!), when Melissa knew the ACH credit would not show up when originally discussed, she emailed me with an update. Today, the ACH credit was processed and I just received an email from her, letting me know! My first experience selling ANYTHING over the internet has been a great one.....and Melissa made it happen for us! Thanks Melissa!
