For sale is a used food trailer. The seller call this trailer might mouse. It has proven to produce volume at large events and carnivals. This custom built 1991 Braco has (2) 3500lb axles, wheel barrings have been serviced and tires are new with less than 300 miles on them. Custom built tounge mounted propane bottle rack and ladder which holds (2) 100lb tanks. Inside is set for volume. (2) 25lb pitco fryers, 24" star heavy duty griddle, all 3 units reconditioned and hard mounted. Custom built 4' exhaust hood with dayton 2750 cfm up blast fan and grease extraction system. ABC and K class fire extinguishers. Custom molding counters and plenty of stainless steel shelving, jockey box, NSF hand sink, triple sink, 8 gallon propane fired hot water heater, separate 12volt system for aux lighting and water pump, gray and fresh water tanks. This unit is wired for both 240 and 120. The outside power bay is wired with a 240 distribution box that converts to 120 if necessary. 75 ship to shore cable. Roof mounted tool boxes for storage. Flag and banner mounts on top marquee. This trailer was re-painted end of last season and is ready for your logo and business. This is an older unit but performs like a hot rod. Equipment List
