This mobile kitchen truck is a 2001 Workhorse P42, which has approximately 166K miles on it. It has been a great vehicle and only mechanical work that has been done in the 3 years of service outside of regular oil changes, has been new fuel pump, and new tires.  The truck is currently licensed to operate in all of Colorado, and is considered one of the best food truck operations in the US by leading mobile cuisine / street food publications.
