This unit is clean and in great over-all condition. Much of the equipment is new or hardly used. It's only issues are A small 1/2" hole on the inside wall behind the sandwich prep/refridgerator where something was previously mounted. A bit of top rust on the galvanized built in jack stands as well as the tips of the window latches where the locks go. Very minor. A small amount of top rust on the top of the rear door/ramp hinge. (Only visable when ramp is down, nothing a little wire brushing and rustoleum won't fix)
