This is a super nice unit that is winterized. The water tanks are cleaned with bleach every month, the gray water tank is flushed every two months. There are no dents or damage to the unit. This trailer has been used regularly and in very good condition. All of the equipment is still installed and properly functioning. 
Equipped as Follows:
The unit has all stainless steel walls, three bay dish sink, hand washing station, 50 amp breaker box, electric outlets through out, refrigerator and freezer, prep bench, utility drawers and cabinet, three window service area, hood vent with grease trap and lighting, roof vent, AC and heat, Sunfire six eye propane stove with two ovens, flat top grill and broiler, two Anets forty pound deep fryers, 6 gallon water heater, 42 gallon fresh water holding, 53 gallon grey water holding, 100 pound propane tank and 50 amp cord, exterior lights all around, rear ramp door, side entrance door, all steel frame construction.

You will need a 1/2- 3/4 ton to pull.  Aprrox 7k lbs . All cook equipment is run from propane. There is a 24 inch flat top, 24 inch broiler, 2 ovens ( both can fit full sheet pan) and 6 burners. All of those items are one large unit.. He will include 50 amp plug that he has reduced to 30 amp bc that was plenty to run the lights, AC, fridge, outlets and blast vent with no problems. It still can run 50amps if needed. Generator not inluded. All outlets are 110. All equipment is commercial/NSF. The unit has a 9ft hood. It also has 2 double basket deep fryers totaling 80lbs of grease capability. A full tank of propane running all equipment gives you several days of 12 hour food service ability. The service window is 6ft across ( 3/2ft windows ) and the windows are pulled up not side sliding. They are also screened to keep you from having any issues with the Health Dept inspectors when they visit. Both rear and side doors are manual and not electric. All sinks are 15 inches deep. It has a 13,500 btu hood ac unit in cook area. The water pump is electric. Each item in the trailer has its own breaker. Lastly, there are 4 utility drawers towards. 1 is in the back and is 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 at 3ft tall for a total storage area of 9 cubic square feet. There is also an additional storage area in the front but it cannot be used for any food as it stores the drain system. It is used for cleaning supplies and misc. items.
