Features:

This unit was transformed into a custom BBQ rig; with new metal floor and new skins. The trailer still has original top frame and axels. The primary construction is metal and aluminum. The dimensions of this unit are inside height of 6'6 x 32' long x 94" wide. The unit has 40 gal fresh water tank.

The smoker is 4' x10' and will smoke about 56 briskets at one time. It has a warmer with 9 adjustable rack positions. It comes with 4 racks and 3 charcoal trays to turn the smoker into a grill. It holds consistent and even heat.
