What type of outlets are inside?
20 amp three prong
Interested in the trailer. Would like to know more about the electrical.
Trailer has a five slot main lug box with 2 20 amp breakers and one 15 amp in it and two blanks for the capability to add two more circuits. It has four four by four boxes with two double outlets in each disbursed through out. There is one 8' fluorescent light and two ceiling vents one with a fan. Finally there is an over-the-stove fan and light hood.
How many gallons is the fresh water and gray tanks?
Fresh water is 40 gallons and grey water is 50 gallons water heater is 6 gallons.
CAN WE INSTALL A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM IF NEEDED? or is no room for it ?
There is plenty of room to do anything you want to.
CAN WE PUT IN A GYRO MACHINE ?
There is plenty of room and with three service windows, you can configure it to fit your needs.
(IS IT ENOUGH ELECTRICITY)or we need to extend voltage?
I think there is enough electricity, but I am not positive.
can we put in a freezer w/ trays of products?
It already has an upright freezer in it but you would have to decide if it would work for you.
can we put in a convection oven?
Lots of room for you to set it up your way. At this time there are three empty counters that at least one can be removed to accept any equipment you would like to add.

What's the condition of all of the equipment?
Brand new used once.
