For sale in Arizona is this 2013 16 X 8.5 custom concession food trailer completely ready for business. This nearly new trailer comes complete with everything you need and more to start and run a successful business.  Fully permitted in its county. The trailer is professionally wrapped currently, but is bright red underneath. The trailer has an extra tall roof with a full 7 €  9 €  interior ceiling height.  Sold by original owner, who has custom fabricated every system within.

The electrical system consists of a 50 amp panel and an extra long heavy duty extension cable. There is a Duo-Therm 13500 BTU A/C and heat. The extra large 6 €  X 3 €  service opening with 3 separate service windows and 76 €  X 18 €  interior service counter allows plenty of room for taking care of customers.  The Hood Mart 6 €  ventilation hood comes with LED lighting and the ANSUL automatic fire suppression system. The 40 gallon fresh water tank with 53 gallon grey water waste tank was professionally plumbed with a 6 gallon hot water heater and 110 v water pump.  Custom cabinets were installed with a 3 bay stainless steel sink and separate hand wash sink. Cooking equipment consists of a 36 €  char griller, 40 lb deep fryer, large 4 compartment food warmer, professional hot plate, french fry lamp heater and a microwave. There is a large commercial refrigerator, deep freezer (with custom stainless steel counter top) and 27 €  prep fridge.  Every inch of steel tubing that supports all the equipment has been professionally sprayed with epoxy primer and 2 stage automotive paint for a long lasting finish that is easy to clean.  All prep surfaces are stainless steel and NSF approved. Lots of cabinets and shelving has been installed for tons of secure storage. Rubber matting is in place under all equipment making it easy to keep the floors clean. Rubber shock absorbing work mats cover the work area of the floor, which is all aluminum diamond plate. Walls are either aluminum or vinyl coated for easy cleaning. Class 2 and class 3 fire extinguishers are also included.

Powering the trailer when no electrical service is available is an Onan/Cummins Marquis 7000 watt super quite generator housed in a sound and heat resistant custom made cabinet mounted on the trailer tongue. A custom exhaust directs the fumes to the backside of the trailer. The diamond plate enclosure also includes a huge lockable trunk where the 12 gallon fuel cell and starting battery are installed but there is still tons of room where the exterior lights, hoses and other essentials are stored.
