Don't think a range with salamander would fit because of the height on the food trucks under the hood and the depth of these ranges. I would need to know the height of that unit to let you know for sure. The max height you can have is 65" and most of those units need 72" in height so would not fit in any food truck under the hood.

The answer to your question would depend on how wide each piece of equipment is. Yes you can get a flat top, grill, a deep fryer and a range. You have 84" under the hood for everything, and gas hookups for 4 appliances. You have 48" of space under the hood until the floor and 36" that are under the hood above the wheel well [so you would have to use table top units in this area]. If you can live with a 4-burner range that are usually 24" wide, then you have 60 other inches to fit the rest of the equipment and you could put an 18" griddle, an 18 grill" and a deep fryer. If you need/want a 36" range, then you would have to go with a 15" griddle, a 15" grill and the fryer. Another option is to get a bigger grill and get a griddle plate to put on top, so you could use it as a grill or a griddle. Hope I have answered your question. There is no cooking equipment. I had that in my text, don't know if it was included. Everyone has different requirements, so i eave it up to the buyer by giving the lowest price possible, so they can get what they need/want used or new. However, if you want some equipment already installed, we can negotiate/work out something, if you let me know what you must have.
