This truck has everything you need to work an event easily and comfortably.
It has a stainless steel 3 compartment sink, separate hand washing sink, and a hot water heater for both. Has a fresh water tank and grey water tank. Lots of storage space, shelves, tables, and drawers. Has a Guardian 7500 watt Generator that runs on liquid propane with propane tank mounted under the generator and has an external plug hookup so you do not have to use your propane. 100lb liquid propane tank on the back of truck. Plenty of lights on the inside and outside on serving window side to light up the ordering/serving area. Has 3 - 40lb commercial fryers each with 2 baskets per fryer. Each fryer is less than 1 year old, 2 of which are American Range. Has a 34 inch stainless steel working table next to the fryers with a bottom shelf. Also has a stainless steel standup refrigerator with quick cool freezer. Has space next to the fryers for you to easily add a griddle and/or stove. Commercial rubber mats in cooking area. Has a weather resistant chalk board mounted on the side of the truck for easy display of the menu and easy updating of the menu. Contains 2 prep tables for extra working space. Has an air conditioner to cool the cooking area. Has a heater up front for the driving cabin. Contains a small drink refrigerator and microwave.

What's the price of maintenance on the truck
Not sure I understand the question, but I will try to answer it. Normal maintenance associated with a vehicle. Nothing out of the norm. Check the oil and get it changed regularly, check the tires make sure they are in good condition, etc. If this does not answer your question please give me more specific details about what it is you are asking about.
Does the truck drive well?
Yes.
Will I be able to drive it back to Mississippi?
Yes, I drove it up to Atlanta from Ft Lauderdale Fl when I bought it and have driven it all over Atlanta for events.
Can you tell me about normal daily operating cost of just the truck if you have had experience selling from it?
The costs would vary based on the event. The main costs for daily operation included food costs, gas to get to and from the event, propane if needed, and event fees if required from event people. We could run multiple events without having to get propane, but always had to get gas and food. So the costs could range for us anywhere from $100 - $700 depending on how big the event was. However we usually always made double or more of that back with each event. It is a very profitable business.
