We have a freezer in there now and I am able to plug in other things and they all work just fine at the same time. But you might want to call Cummins and ask because I don't know what size your refrigerator is. Let them know the specs of it and see what they say about your two pieces of equipment. You could easily fit it in the van - you can remove one of the shelving units and put it there - there is plenty of room in there for it.
I will be selling my desserts that I will pre-pack at my processing facility, requiring freezer and refer equipment. Can this vehicle handle 2 units at once both battery power and size wise?
I would think so. You could remove the racks to add the refrigerator. I have a small freezer in there now that we would plug in when we had an event and needed it. Here is the info on the generator. Cummins Onan Microlite 2800. Model 2.8KVFA26100
