Trailer's kitchen was installed in 2014. Its exterior was just resided, reinsulated, and repainted in June 2020. Everything has been serviced and in working order. All receipts and info go with the trailer.*Interior has some wear and could use some laminate re stapled and maybe a little trim.
*Flooring was redone with stick tile, some can use replacement.
