This is a complete trailer with all the commissary equipment, supplies, and a custom-built smoker. The smoker allows for smoking on a LARGE scale. It’s a 4-rack rotisserie smoker with an auto-fill water pan. Works great for temperature control and retaining moisture in the meat. Each rack is 18 inches wide by 4 ft long and will hold 7 racks of ribs, 5 or 6 butts, or about 50 leg quarters. In other words, you can smoke 28 racks of ribs, 24 Butts, or 200+ Chicken Legs at once. Includes a 4 probe WIRELESS thermometer set. You can put probes into 4 of the pieces of meat, close the doors, and monitor from your phone. Except for the fire, the meat is “set it & forget it” wait for the beep on your phone, and it’s ready.
