Is the additional "bay marina" a bain marie in addition to the 24" prep station?

It has a 24” bain marie but it also has the 36” refrigerated chef base.

How many GFI outlets?

There is an outlet on the floor behind the equipment to plug that stuff in and one across the equipment.

How many gallons are the water tanks?

i believe roughly 40 gallons. I can check with the manufacturer if needed. It is plenty big and the waste water tank was made with the standard industry ratio to be x% bigger then the fresh water tank. Was manufactured by legit customer trailer dealer.
