NOTE this trailer is used on a beach, so it has surface rust that is maintenanced yearly; it has a custom made frame that is thicker than typical trailers. May need some cleaning. Trailer weighs between 10,000 and 12,000 lbs.
OPTIONAL: Seller description- Truck is 1987 Chevy p30 step van. Mileage on body is high but these trucks are workhorses and mileage on motor and transmission is about 75k miles. Both have been replaced. I bought this truck from old retired plumber and pit it into service 2 years ago. Keep in mind I only drive 5 miles a day and only worked it for 6 months a year. Brakes,tires,etc, in good shape. (Call for pics & pricing. )
As I have tried to indicate in photos, there are some loose tiles in front under counter. It is missing some floor trim around edges of floor. The cash drawer needs painted. It does not have 3 compartment sink. It does not have electric exhaust fan. Grill , fryers, steam table, fridge, freezer, etc all work. Older, used wagon being sold because of retirement. Frame and body were well maintained. Solid workhorse.

Is the fryers and griddle under Hood?
They are under hood, hood has wind turbine, not electric exhaust fan.
