SOLD Most of the equipment is still brand new, not used. Dimensions: JUST the trailer from end to end is 20ft long. The porch is an additional almost 7ft in length. It is 8 1/2 ft wide, and the interior standing height is 7 ft 4 in. 

Specs on the porch: The porch addition is bigger than it looks, it is about 7ft long, but was not originally a porch. It is a DIAMOND PLATED DROP-DOWN LOADING RAMP that seller has built sides onto. They screened it in as to make the porch comply with health department regulations. It DOES have a roof too, which can be taken off when needed to load/unload---(roof is not pictured)

The trailer has electrical and plumbing and gas already set up. It does NOT have an exhaust hood system, but it does have two vents above stove.  It does have A/C.
