Yes, it has a 110 V cable to connect to an external source to power lighting, refrigerator, and water pump and heater.
It automatically switches to onboard generator when required,
Uses only one source at time.

We passed inspection with Tri-County Heslth and Denver County. This was in 2013. It hasn't been in use since November 2013 so I am not aware of any change to requirements since that time.
