Tons of upgrades. The Sprinter was professionally outfitted with a permitted commercial kitchen inside, complete with a large standing refrigerator, sizable under-counter freezer, 3 compartment sink, hand wash sink, hot water heater, waste tank, LED lighting, stainless steel floors and walls, bakery depth propane oven, quiet diesel generator, high powered air conditioning unit, etc.

I don't currently have any pictures of the generator and propane tanks, but I will add them this afternoon, so please check back for them in 5 hours. .Locationally, the propane tanks (there is room for 2 5 gallon tanks) are in a fire code approved area underneath the oven. You can only access the propane tanks through the rear doors of the truck (for fire purposes), and they are positioned on the passenger side of the rear compartment. The cover of the generator is located in the rectangle in the rear passenger side in the pictures of the truck. The two little black rectangles below the large rectangle are exhaust ports.

The refrigerator and freezer are made by True. The hot water heater is made by Rheem. The oven is made by American Range. The generator is a Cummins Quiet Diesel (QD) series. I don't remember the brands of the sinks, but I think they are generic. We purchased only top of the line equipment on the appliances that were very important to our operations, namely fridge, freezer, oven, generator, truck, etc.
