Do you winterize the trailer - or can you winterize the trailer?

The water tanks were drained and the rest is self contained so all is in good working order

What kind of smoker does it have and has it passed a current health inspection

The last health inspection was May of 2015- we closed the business in September of 2015 as I moved to Florida. The smoker is a Southern Yankee 150 rotisserie. It allowed me to cater easily for up to 300. The trailer is still located in Connecticut at my home there.
