The open porch was closed to comply with the city regulations and a 2nd exhaust fan was added. Has 2 gas burners, a 24 inch griddle and a dean fry master under the vent hood. Fryer was never used. Upright Smoker. SS Table and the Grill are no longer with the trailer. Plug on the back porch - No tanks included with this trailer Equipment List

Was there also a fire suppression system? I saw a hood but didn't see a suppression system.
No fire suppression required in Houston and surrounding areas, fire extinguishers only. So no.
What type of vehicle will pull that beast?
Pulled it with a 1/2 ton 2007 Tundra. 5.7 liter. No issues. However a 3/4 ton would be ideal.
What is the tongue weight?
I'll have to look that up.

20 Feet for the trailer, probably 5 more feet out to hitch. Deck out front for propane, plus tongue.

The only hand sink is inside. No water terminates or is supplied outside of the main area
Does the trailer have outlets inside and if so how many
Yes. It has two on the vending side and one on the cooking side which is GFCI. It also has one on the porch with the smoker.
