What happened to the water heater? Is this road ready, good tires and lights in working order?

We had a remote water heater, we were at a permanent location. However, there is an electrical hookup below the 3 compartment sink for a local water heater. Since we were at a permanent location the tires are brand new, but currently removed to prevent any attempt at theft and as such can be easily put back on. To be honest we haven't used the signal lights, because its been at a permanent location, but there's no reason they shouldn't be in perfect working order. Also, since we were at a permanent location we never utilized the fresh water tank, gray water tank, or the fresh water pump and they are currently not connected.
