How long is the trailer with the tongue? I am new to this and am looking for any info that can be helpfull. Is it hard to get a state inspection?
Twelve feet. This trailer is a self contained State Inspected Kitchen. It meets all requirements
Is there room for a fryer
Yes, you could put it in place of the stove.
Is it possible to mount another propane tank 100 lb on the opposite side of where the other smaller tank is? I see some electrical switches or something on that empty side wall.
You could, but it would increase the tongue weight. The other side has a fifty gallon tank. My best recommendation would be to add another fifty gallon to the opposite side to better balance the weight.

How heavy is trailer? What kind of vehicle could tow it?
about 5000# Most medium to heavy duty pick ups and SUV'S will work.
Exactly how long is ANSL system? We might need to switch out for a 4 burner stove.
It is 4 feet.
Does this food trailer have air conditioning ? # FL-P-944Q Is there a 50 amp electrical service or 100 amp ? what equipment runs off propane ?
There are two 30 amp services for a total of 60 amps. There is no air conditioning.
