Everything shown in photos goes with the trailer except the White Kitchen Aid mixer. However, there is pro Kitchen Aid dough mixer that does come with it.

6-gallon 115-volt water heater.

Does this trailer have a hood and ventilation system?

Everything in the picture except the the white mixer.
This trailer was set up to be a stage III certified food trailer . It doesn't need a vent hood.
The built in roof A/C has a fan function and when the roof vent is open you can have fresh air enter and exit through crank up roof hatch

Does this come with the cooking equipment shown i the pics? Please post a list of the cooking equipment.
