What is the total weight of the trailer?
We weighed the trailer and it is apprx. 12,000 lbs.
Will the trailer accommodate a smoker that weighs 2600 lbs?
We were going to install a Meadow Creek TS250 with modified insulated fire box. We have one on a trailer and never completed the installation. We had complete tail section reinforced for extra weight. It's a custom trailer in every sense of the word.
Looking to add a smoker to the back. Will the weight support it?
Yes it was designed specifically for a smoker to be installed with smokestack and for the rear porch to be screen enclosed after installation. We just never got around to it.
what is the coldest temperature this unit has been operated in?

All specs are listed from manufacturer. It is insulated just not sure to what degree.

We have done that successfully. Yes
We have some cold freezing winter temperatures. Are the pipes and tanks protected? If not, any suggestions as to keeping things from freezing?
No and wrap them.
