Is the oven strictly wood or does it have gas as well?

Wood only. We've never used any chemicals or accelerants to lite the fire, it changes the taste if the food.

How long does the oven take to heat up?

It differs depending on what we need to cook. it takes from 30 to 60 minutes to get to temperature (500° - 1500° F)

How long does a pizza take once inside the oven?

If the oven is at 800° F it takes a pizza 2 minutes to cook. if it's at 900° F it takes 90 seconds but you have to be careful cause the crust will burn. We also cook wings, ribs, roast pork, BBQ Chicken and much more inside the oven.
