Seller description: 8 machines in 7 locations. Note one location receives a commission of 10% net up to $300 and 15% net $301 and over. One location subsidizes the cost of the products so that employees pay $0.25-$1.25 per item. If the item would normally cost $0.75 then the subsidy is $0.50, if it would cost $1.25 then the subsidy is $1, if it would cost $3 then the subsidy is $1.75.

Currently, product cost is approximately 50% of gross. The subsidy is usually more than what the employees contribute, I bill monthly for the subsidy. I can share the worksheets for the commission and the subsidy with the purchaser of the machines so they do not have to recreate the wheel.

Each location has a contract with a 2 week notice out-- I have had each machine in the location for approximately 2 years. There are no plans to move any machines; everyone is happy; you can keep them there or move them with 2 weeks notice. These locations are mostly lunch rooms of businesses. One business has people who work in manufacuturing and an office. One is a dance studio for kids K-12.

One location subsidizes the cost of goods so that employees buy items for $0.25- $1.25, and another is very high selling location requiring refills every 1-3 days with 10% net commission up to $300 and 15% net commission over $300/ monthly sales.

*1 - 2015 machine has some rust inside near refrigeration; a few have very minor marks near top or bottom corners
