New A/C

The trailer has 2 new tires on it.  The generator just had a tune up and is working fine. 
All equipment is in working order.

Freezer will hold 12 blocks of ice.

All syrups are concentrated and still good.

Gross weight is 10660 lbs. Seller towed it with a Silverado.

Notes: There was a leak from the old a/c unit on the wall (the picture on the website shows this).  The sellers purchased a new a/c unit and installed same and state that there are no more leaks from the a/c area. The wall will need to be painted.
 There is another leak from one of the pipes/tubing beneath the sink which will need to be repaired. 
The leak did cause some damage to the vinyl flooring so that floor covering needs to be replaced.  The plywood beneath appears to be ok but darkened by the previous water leak. 
 The door frame at the bottom has some rot damage to it.
