This mobile boutique features gorgeous custom-lit cabinets, clothing racks, and window valance that will surely make your clothing items and accessories stand out. There is a super fan in the center and the propane tanks can be added back for the heater. All of the controls are there. An air conditioner can be added to the top.

*The sink, toilet, and tub was removed from the inside, but all of the plumbing is still under the trailer and can be put back together.

Does this unit have heating and cooling?

It runs on solar has a superfan for air. There is a fan in the main body of the trailer and one in the closet where the bathroom used to be. An air conditioner could be installed on top. It does have all of the controls and hook ups for heat, you would have to remove the aftermarket tool box put the propane tanks back on and have it hooked up.

Does this trailer have plumbing hook ups?

Yes, all the original pipes are there. The counter top surface I had put on can be taken off and you would just have to put a sink back in, should be super easy. All of the electrical is also there, I only used the solar.
