Seller description:
Oven- fire ceramic interlocking refractory oven dome built with fiber reinforced commercial - grade material able to withstand any driving condition. The size of the oven without trailer tongue is 9”L x 6’.6W. The oven also has a retractable aluminum ramp you can easily unload the prep table and put it into position. Once you have unloaded this table, you have the freedom and ease to modify and adapt your workflow to accommodate each individual venue. And a stainless door mounts next to the oven; it turns into a counter for more working room.
