Although it is listed in the contents, the REVEL 2-station POS system is not included in the price, however, it could be negotiated in for serious inquiries.
In addition, the trailer has a full custom designed wrap on it, and there is a fully-developed social media presence, custom website, and e-comm store. Entire turn-key operation, brand, and all can be negotiated for the right buyer.
Everything works fantastic. Never had any issues. Please note that this trailer, in it's current state is made to be serviced by utilities (water, power, and sewer).

Prior Equipment Questions...
There's no tank or generator or the possibility to install?
There are currently no tanks and no generator as utilities were permanently attached. There is always the possibility to attach a tank and or a generator, but that would need to be done by the purchaser.
The trailer is hard wired into plumbing and electric. Is it possible to make it mobile?
That is correct, it was hard-wired and hard-plumbed. It is always possible to make it mobile by retrofitting gray and black tanks, and splitting wiring to be run by generator(s). That would need to be done by the purchaser.
What type of electrical/water/sewer hookups are on the trailer?
All the utility hookups are in place just as they would be for a permanent structure. The electrical is hard-wired in from city utility and is run through an exterior 200amp panel (included, shown in picture 6). The water is run to the main city utility and is connected under the trailer using a main supply shutoff valve. The sewer is connected directly under the bathroom using standard size PVC sewer drain (all other drains connected and flow to this point as well). All of these would be disconnected and ready for transport. Accommodating hookups in a new location would be the responsibility of the buyer.
Is the wood sighting and stairs included in the sale?
Yes, the treated wood underpinning and stairs are included in the sale. Please note that these are made for this trailer in its current location and may need to be modified to accommodate a different location based on the levelness of the final surface and final trailer height from the ground.
