Probably. In the nose of trailer where generator is located.

How much does the trailer weigh.

i don't know for sure but my son weighed it one time when it was really loaded up when he was heading to an event in Gardendale. I think it weighed around 17,000 pounds at that time.

Is the smoker a lang 108 deluxe.

Model 84. List of equipment is in my previous answer. It is a gooseneck hookup.

I have a few questions re this unit in Alabama. I need to know which model lang is mounted on the trailer and a specific list of appliances installed. Also the hitch type, I run a gooseneck but could change.

the lang cooker-smoker is a lang--i think it is called a 108. all equipment is very new: upright warming cabinet. stainless steel refrigerator, 5 foot refrigerated prep table. convection oven, flat top grill, 40# fryer inside, larger one mounted on patio, two table top warming units, hood system, fire retardant system. freezer in the trailer nose, another refrigerator in trailer nose, a 12K Onan generator in trailer nose. this is an awesome unit.
