Prior Equipment Questions...
Thank you for all of your information. Regarding power, I know that there is a 50amp Generac generator, correct? It also appears that you can plug into power, as well. What is the wattage maximum on the generator? Can this unit be adapted down to regular 110-volt power?
Yes, you are correct. There are (4) 20 amp electrical circuits that can be powered by the generator. The generator does produce regular 100 volt power. Please let me know if this answers your question.
It appears that the drain lines for plumbing (handwashing sink, three-comp sink, and dipping well [I can only spot one dipping well in the photos]) are direct-plumbed, and not air-gapped. Is that correct?
Yes, they are direct plumbed and not air gapped. The truck did pass a rigorous City of Seattle health inspection and is to code for all plumbing and electrical.
In a hot climate I could see the compressors overheating unless there's a way to keep them cool. Where/how do the freezers and fridge vent?
Freezers and fridge vent as they would if installed in a shop. We have not had trouble during the summer months.
How many 3 gallons tubs can be available at once? (to be scooped and/or underneath for storage). Thank you.
Between 20-26 depending on whether they are the round plastic or square cardboard tubs.
Can you please break down the interior space and the exterior dimensions, taking into the height of the A/C unit? (height x width x length) Thank you.
Height - 121"
Width - 80.5" outside / 76.75" inside
Length - 255.1"

The interior walkway in the truck is 28" wide for 106" from the front of the truck interior, there is a 45" section at the rear of the truck where the width narrows to 25".
Can you please provide more interior pictures? Thank you.
I uploaded 3 new interior pictures - please let me know if you need more photos.
Can you please tell me more information about the vehicle (engine, specs, transmission, maintenance, etc.) its self?
The engine is a Vortex 5700, (5.7L) V-8 engine with 37,135 miles. The truck has an automatic transmisssion. There hasn't been a lot of major service done as it has such low mileage. We've done routine oil change, tune up, etc. and the interior and exterior have been kept in excellent condition.
Are the dipperwells and supply/drain lines installed? Are they connected to the fresh/gray water systems?
Yes they sure are. And yes they are connected.

From the Health Dept permit application:
Tubing material: As specified on Drawing:
WATER LINES - FLEXIBLE WHITE POLYETHYLENE (PEX) FLEXIBLE S.S. BRAIDED
DRAIN LINES - PVC
Fresh water tank: American Tank size and number specified on drawing, Closed Top Rectangular Tanks , Color , White, Tank not for use with Oil or Fuel Storage, polyethylene receptacles and fittings
Waste water tank: Fabricated by All A Cart, see Plumbing Drawing
How long has this truck been used as an ice cream vending truck?
We purchased the truck in 2010 and it was used about once a week for the first approximately 3 years. Since then as we have opened more shops and had less need, it has been used about 8-10 times per year for music festivals.
