The flat top griddle is propane fed and less than 2 years old. The 10" burner is an induction burner that is portable; it is less than two years old. The fryers: 2 portable electric commercial grade 10lb fryers, perfect for fries, mozzarella sticks, and other smaller fried items. The fryers are both used but in good working condition. There is also brand new 11qt. Soup/cheese warmer and a brand new heat lamp for keeping fries, etc to temp.

Is there any way I can upgrade water tanks?

The potable and grey water tanks are located under the sinks and counter on the right hand side of the trailer, if you are facing the rear. There is still some clearance under the counter and sinks to put in larger tanks; however you could raise the counter height as well to accommodate what you need.
