Hello, can you tell me the specifics of the equipment included, specifically the coffee equipment/espresso machines?

The Espresso Machine is a Simonelli Apia II. It’s 3 years old - perfect condition.
The Espresso grinder is an MDX - 2 years - perfect condition.
The coffee brewer is a Bunn Smart Wave Series- 2 yrs - perfect as well.

What sinks are in the trailer? I live in LA and a 3-compartment sink and separate hand washing sink are required.

That is exactly what it has. :-)

Is there a generator on this trailer or is it all shore power?

You could run off a generator but I don’t recommend it because of espresso machin. It has a 50 amp plug - you can also use an adapter and run it on 30 amps.
