Can fryers be installed in this unit and will power handle a freezer?

We have used chest freezers b4, no problem. We have used fryers, to make funnel cakes and curly fries. I even have a deep fryer to sell with the cabin if interested.

Is it all setup or does it need work done to it?

It is all set up with sinks, water pump and heater. You would need whatever equipment is necessary for whatever you are vending.

Would the trailer pass in inspection as is or does it need some work?

Should pass as is, health department inspection

How long has it been parked without being used?

8 months, parked inside metal garage.

Is this trailer still available? Is all electrical wiring complete in trailer and just need an outlet?

Yes still available. Interior wiring is good, just a 110 outlet to plug power strip into. Water pump, hot water tank, lights, fans, etc all plug into a power/surge protector strip.
