It has new plumbing from fresh water tank and sinks that runs to waist water tank and new sink lines.it also has a hose adapter so you can run straight from the hose or just fill up your water tank and go
Is there a freezer?
Yes, a small freezer in the fridge
I see some space at one end of the trailor, next to the sink, how hard do you think it would be to add a smoker and grill with an outside vent?
Not hard at all. I left that room for whatever people would like to put in and u can vent out the sides or ceiling.
How much does it weigh with the equipment?
Little under 2,000 lbs
Is there a generator?
Not at the moment
Did it pass all health/safety regulations?
When I built it I have a sister that works for lni and she walked me through the inspection process so sure it's good to go
