Does it have hookups for gas for a stove or oven? Is everything working ex the vent hood and fire system? Sinks,lights does it have ac?

Yes it has hookups for gas. But does not have the quick dis connects. If those are needed depends on where you are located. It has 3 or 4 places to hook up. The fire suppression iand hood are new and installed by a professional contractor, they have never been used as we opted to do a restaraunt instead. The trailer was originally built as a concession trailer from the manufacturer. I bought it used 4 years ago but never used it. It does not have AC. I was going to buy a portable AC from home depot and plug in to outlets.
