Is the small hatch near the front of the trailer on the outside for the generator?
No, it has a flat top in that space.
What are the sizes of the fresh water tank and the grey tank?
80 fresh , two gray 120 each
Is there a fire suppression system?
Yes, but it is not hooked up have all the parts
