Do the AC do a pretty good job cooling trailer?

Yes it does the heater works good too.

Is this trailer set up for lp gas?

Is the warming table a steam table or is it just a warmer. And is it electric or gas?

It's a warmer. I hold my bbq meat in there. It heats to 220. I also reheat food there. It's electric and I also have an electric steam table that hold 3 1/3 pans.

Where in Texas is this unit located? Also does it come with a generator? Can the seller provide additional pictures of equipment, porch and interior?

It's near Dallas. It has a 5700 watt rigid generator. More pics just added . It has hail damage on the backside of trailer which can be covered with a sign.
