This is a BBQ cooking machine and ready to be in service now! It is a Southern Yankee rotisserie smoker. There are five 6 ft swivel racks. The rotisserie is powered by an electric motor & chain. This is a great rig for selling smoked meals or for competitions. Capacity: 23 briskets, or 40 pork butts, or 75 chickens. Unit features R-40 insulation in the ceiling, R panel ceiling.
