Is the generator on this vehicle propane or battery?

I'm not sure what you mean by battery, but as far as propane, no it runs on gasoline. It is a Honda Eu7000is quite run generator. The generator is mounted to the back bumper of the truck.

What kind of equipment was this vehicle operating, eg: an espresso machine, microwave oven, etc?

Right now the truck has 2 vitamix drink machines for the smoothies and 1 extra pitcher. I also have a chocolate temperer mounted for hand dipped chocolate dipped delights. There is a small microwave mounted under the front counter and a light box to melt compound chocolates.

What is the length of this truck?

The truck is 23 ft itself and the generator rack extends out an additional 2 1/2 ft.
