We have very strict Health Department code for food trucks. Is this truck will pass Suffolk County inspection?

In order to register a truck in Maryland, the state requires that the vehicle be inspected to ensure that it is in good mechanical condition. The truck was inspected, maintained, and still has a valid registration.
The truck was fully licensed by the Dept. of Health in Washington DC when I purchased it. I used the truck for sporting events and festivals on weekends and obtained temporary food truck permits from counties in Maryland and Pennsylvania without any issues. I am not familiar with Suffolk County food truck requirements, you will need to look up your county requirements and compare them will the list of equipment in the truck.

Is there rm for a table top fryer?

On the right side of the stove there is a low stainless steel shelf that could easily fit a fryer; the former owner had a warmer for prepared food in that location. There is an electrical outlet just below the steel shelf

Is there rm for a small meat slicer?

In the pictures, you can see a large prep table to the left of the refrigerators and in front of the grill. For some events, I occasionally had a small slicer on that prep table. There is a quad outlet above the prep table.

Is there rm for a freezer?

There are two refrigerators mounted behind the drivers seat. You could remove the overhead refrigerator and replace it with a small freezer. That would really be the only location to add a freezer
