Yes it has been serviced regularly.Yes I have service records. Engine size 5.7 V8. I have owned a little over a year. Transmission was rebuilt in 2013, No transmission issues that I'm aware of.
Is there air conditioning in front or just roof top.? Do you have to have a generator to run roof top air?
Roof top, no you do not need a generator to run air.
Is it mechanically sound enough to drive from Arizona to South Carolina?
I drove it 100 miles from Las Vegas and around town for business with no problems. The drive train is relatively new. The gas gauge does not work, but it has a gps to keep track. You should have no issues.
Is the truck in good working order, and is the engine sound?
Yes, the truck runs great.

Yes, you can paint over it. I do have some extra paint. Not sure if it's enough, but I can give you the info so you can get more.
