The entire Interior Build is custom and includes all Furniture seen in photos.
This area features the following:

? Ceiling: The ceiling is made with custom ordered high quality panels (clear coated for corrosion protection). These panels are throughout the truck including the Cabin and Bathroom.
? Floors: The truck has Laminate Wood Flooring throughout entire boutique (including entrance steps).
? Fitting Room: Oversized fitting room surrounded by 3 full sized mirrors, Privacy Curtain secured by magnetic clasp to keep closed, Accessory hooks to hang clothing and personal items such as a purse. Fitting room also comes with Purple Ottoman as seen in the pictures.
? Restroom: Fully Functional Restroom w/overhead storage (Can be used for additional storage. Our Mannequins live in here while vehicle is in transit.) Toilet has a custom 20-25g Water Tank.
? Mini Fridge & Mini Freezer: We use these for Brunch Shopping Parties where Champagne and Finger Food is served from the truck. What ? ? s amazing about these appliances is that you have the option of powering them with Propane (tank stored beneath the truck) and or On-Board Battery Power).

Air-Conditioning: The cabin has functional cold air-conditioning just like any vehicle, but most importantly the Retail space has 2 large Roof Mounted AC ? ? s. 1 for the front zones and the 2nd for rear zones. This truck operates in Southern Florida and we are often asked to turn the air down even in summer months. (keep in mind the door is always open as well during operating hours). The AC ? ? s both have separate thermostats and can be ran together or separate.
? Lights: Over 13 Super-Bright LED Fixtures (over 30 Bulbs) for down lighting and 5 LED fixtures for up lighting. Both up and down LED lighting throughout vehicle to provide high quality retail experience. Generator not needed to power lights. Lights are powered by vehicle ? ? s additional batteries (12v low power).
? Custom Customizable Clothing Racks: These racks are not store bought, nor are they installed in random areas of the truck. These Racks are light weight and strategically measured and designed to maximize product placement and increases sales by Square Foot. These racks can be adjusted to accommodate several lengths of clothing, accessories, shoes, and purses.

Custom Exterior:
This vehicle has many exterior hidden gems, but first let's talk about the awesome full body wrap. The good news is we wrapped the vehicle in a common high quality brand and color in which we will provide the details when purchased so the new lucky owner can easily cover our pending trademarks and or easily/carefully peel the logo and company information off. The branded parts of truck will need to be re-wrapped (unless of course you would like to purchase the entire business and not just the truck). Additionally, the wrap has an active warranty against fading and cracking which is transferable.
? Wrap: Full Wrap bumper to bumper (as seen in photo ?s) Logo/Company Info must be re-wrapped, however, the wrap used is common and we can provide product details for an easy inexpensive cover-up.
? Storage Space: Storage Galore! No need to crowd your interior space with additional products and or cleaning supply. This truck comes with 5 Large and Convenient Storage bins underneath to store additional supplies/products (all weather proof). What about at night you ask? With a click of a switch all storage bins have underneath lighting which are all battery powered so no need to run the truck or engine. Also all storage bins have key access locks on the handles for security. Note: Main Storage bins are very deep, have lights, and room to store long items such as 6 ? ?signs.
? Ladder: Functional ladder to access the roof for AC Maintenance and Roof Cleaning.
? Air Springs: Honestly, we didn't notice this feature until we took pictures of the engine compartment so not sure how they work, but online reviews say they help level the truck and ride smooth depending on the load.
? Propane Tank: This life saver fuels the refrigerator and freezer so you do not have to use battery, generator, nor truck power to do so. The tank is hidden behind an access panel. Will power Fridge and Freezer for extended periods of time. We have filled it twice in 2 years and we use it every time we are operating the truck.
? Shower: Completely irrelevant to the business model, but the truck has it and it's worth mentioning, this vehicle has an exterior shower! We have never used it before but it is stored underneath the vehicle and I believe it shares the same fresh water that the bathroom does.
? Spare Tire Storage: The rear of the vehicle has a wrapped storage area which houses the spare tire for very easy access. This area also has a secure keyed lock.
? Fuel Fill Department: This compartment is located on the driver's side rear and also has a secure key access to open.
? Generator: Generator is located on rear drivers side and has a secure key access to open.
? Engine Compartment: is upfront and has a handle to access the panel.

Front Cockpit (Separated from Consumer area):
This area is not viewable from the rest of the vehicle which additionally creates a brick and mortar feel when entering the vehicle. A Custom decorated curtain with the company ? ? s logo separates the cockpit from the retail space (as seen in photo ? ? s. logo will need to be covered). When parked, this area can also serve as additional product storage for easy access.

This area features the following:
? Back-Up Cam: Color Rear Camera with Audio (Also Camera has constant power for additional viewing while driving. It can be turned off as well if you find this distracting). This camera has an awesome Audio Feature where you can hear another person talking while helping you parallel park for example. The rear camera is also adjustable with a simple turn of an Allen Key to set the view to your liking.
? Large Captain Chairs: Both are multi functional, both recline and spin, and they both have arm rest.
? Overhead Storage: 2 overhead storage bins. Overhead bins have 110V Outlets powered by Generator (we power our ? ? Open ? ? sign from this location).
? Driver and Passenger Fans: These fans are controlled from the Captains chair and have 2-Speeds. They swivel for directional air-flow and are great for circulating the air when first starting the vehicle on a warm summer day.
? Cold AC and Hot Heat: This truck is equipped with the standard climate controls, Defrost, Heat, Vent, and AC. All functional. (seen in photos)
? Back-up Alarm: When in reverse vehicle has rear audio alarm (can be heard through Camera as well)
? Dual Power Side-View Mirrors: Life Savers!! Can you imagine getting out and adjusting mirrors by hand? Both mirrors are powered from the captain ? ? s chair and the side view mirrors have an additional mirror for blind spots.
? Functional Radio and Multi-Disc CD Changer: Includes MP3 adapter to play music from Audio devices. Truck has 2 front speakers which can be heard very clearly throughout the truck.
? Center Consul: Center consul has an area to mount a T.V. and additional storage space along with a cup holder area. The engine is also easily accessed from the cockpit.
? Privacy Curtain: The entire cabin can be concealed by the privacy curtain. (As seen in photos). This is great to conceal additional storage products while open and also add ? ? s a quality look externally when the truck is set-up. (see pictures)

Furniture:
All furniture seen in photos is included. In addition, all furniture is secure and does not move (minus the Purple Ottoman in the fitting room).
? Cash Wrap: Cash wrap area stores everything you need to package your products. For example, bags, tissue, office supplies, Point of Sales System, Cash Register, and other misc items. The cash wrap can also be secured shut when the vehicle is in motion to avoid items falling out.
? Large Silver Accessory Stand: This accessory stand is now ? ? Hard Wired ? ? with over 14 Super Bright low amperage LEDs, with a fixture in EACH compartment. They all can be turned on with one switch and or you can switch them off and on individually. These lights are 12v which means you do not need the Generator on to run them. The trucks storage batteries power these. These are great for displaying products. (Uploaded picture is dark and is the before picture. ? Rear Accessory Stand & Mirror: This accessory stand is located in the rear of the vehicle and has plenty of storage room for products. This stand has magnetic doors to keep the bottom cabinet shut and a latch inside the top drawer to keep it securely closed while the vehicle is in motion.
? Partner Waiting Chair: Conveniently located next to the fitting room this chair is custom wrapped to match the internal d cor and provides a comfortable seat for those waiting for the changing room or waiting for their significant other to try on close.
Awesome Additional Supplies:
You are in luck; we are also including a lot of additional supplies which will help make your purchase Turn-Key.
? Gen-Turi: On the generator exhaust you will notice an adapter. This adapter is for the Gen-Turi system (picture of packed product in Underneath Storage bin photo). This system takes less than 2 minutes to set up and it reduces the sound of the generator, but most importantly diverts and releases fuel emissions above the vehicle.
? Portable Stabilizers: (which are in same picture of Gen-Turi in underneath storage photo) which help minimize (almost eliminates) sway when customers enter and shop throughout vehicle. QTY: 2
? Levelers: 2 wooden levelers are included (they are painted black and located in the underneath storage photos as well). These two levelers are quick and easy to use and have been all we needed on any surface.
? Cords and Adapters: Heavy duty cords to connect vehicle to shore power and or a portable Generator are all provided. We have several adapters as well to ensure you can hook up to any application for emergency and or just additional power.
? Portable Steps: We have portable steps that adjust to 3 different heights to make entering the vehicle as convenient as possible. This will be included with the vehicle as well.
? Accessory Stands: The accessory stands (pink display necks) seen in the pictures on top of the accessory dressers are included.
? Parts & Accessories: ? ? It's better to have than to need ? ? -so the vehicle will come with an additional back-up battery, funnels, oil, coolant, random spare parts, and accessories to drain the Black Tank (for restroom). That's right, don't forget this vehicle has a functioning toilet and the black tank will need to be emptied from time to time and the accessories to do that are included. Note: we have only flushed fresh water through the toilet to test its functionality and the waste tank is completely empty.

Building Materials: The contractors left us with a handful of building materials in case of any touch-ups so additional flooring, paint, clothing rack supplies, and a handful of other items will be placed in the trucks storage once sold.

Electrical:
Truck Wiring consists of both 110V and 12v. Truck is strategically designed to be 100% functional without Generator power and MOST importantly Engine power. i.e. All Internal LED Super Bright Lights, Refrigerator, and Music are all operational without generator power and or Engine power. Drivability Rating: Excellent! The trucks engine is very strong and steering is responsive. The truck has a storage location where parallel parking is the only way to park it. Also, when leaving the facility we have to conduct a U-Turn. We perform these maneuvers very easily on a frequent basis.

Your operating costs are going to vary significantly depending on your business model. For example, one action item in our initial 2 year business plan consisted of booking events, home shopping parties, and corporate lunch breaks from West Palm Beach Florida to Homestead Florida to create exposure and awareness to help transition into year 3 of our business plan which is to generate over 80% of our revenue via e-commerce through online marketing to our established client base. This plan initially resulted in driving the truck more often, fueling it more often, and increasing our preventative maintenance intervals so our operating costs during these times will be of no value for you. However, I can shed some light on this year

Is it possible to winterize and heat the vehicle so it would operate well in Colorado?

Living in Florida I am not 100% familiar with the winterization process but assume it is as simple as winterizing any 7.4l 454 Chevy Engine Truck that operates and or is stored in cold climates. The oil and coolant can be easily accessed to drain and re-fill. The cabin heat works perfectly fine and it gets really hot especially when using the
