Did it pass the Chicago Health inspection?

It passed back in the original inspection back in 2012. It is not up to code if you want to cook on board and would need some modifications dependent on your concept

Does it have air conditioning?

It does not have an air conditioning unit. It does have duel exhaust fans which keep it comfortable even in the summer. The whole are there which an air conditioning unit could be installed.

I noticed this truck only has a couple of fans for ventilation and only a food warmer rather than stove, etc.; so, what type of food was served and can be served from this truck?

We served soups, salads, and small sandwiches/wraps. There is a steam table on board and a 27inch prep fridge. Has a brand new 2800 watt Onan generator with electric and lighting already configured so you could power any electrical equipment you wanted. If you require grills and open flame a stage two ventilation system would need to be installed.

Anything wrong mechanically with the truck? Brakes? Transmission? What size is the generator?

Nothing wrong with vehicle. COmplete new Chevy engine dropped in 1 year ago and has less than 40k miles on it.
