I have been told that these things can be installed and I have seen sprinters rigged with them in the past, but modifications of food trucks is not my expertise.
I have a hawkers and peddlers license...but I did not update it for 2016.
The vehicle passed Maryland State Inspection when I bought it in the spring of 2014.
I am not sure about the age of the tires, but there is no visible wear in the tread and considering the low miles of the vehicle, I am sure they have a lot of life in them.

Please state the fresh water capacity.
I am unsure, there are two large tanks that are on the ceiling of the inside of the truck. I never had an issue with running out of water.
What is the gray water capacity/
Again, not sure of the exact capacity. The waste water tank in underneath the truck.
what is the capacity of the water heater?
The water heater probably should be replaced. It started acting up.
What is the floor to ceiling height in the cargo bay?
Over six feet in some areas, less than six feet in others. It depends on whether you are standing under the water tanks.
Do you hold the maintenance records on this vehicle?
I have limited maintenance records from myself and the previous owner. I am the third owner of the vehicle.
Are the 47,982 miles on the original engine or replacement engine?
It has the original engine
Does the generator run off the main diesel tank?
The generator runs off of gas, not diesel
Is there a serving window and if so are there any photos?
There is a serving window on the passenger side of the vehicle. Not sure if I have a photo of the window...but that can be done.
Are the graphics vinyl or painted on?
The graphics are vinyl...it is a partial wrap
