It has a hand sink but it is not fully installed.
Still needs a fresh/grey water tank. (Depending on your state regulations)

When was the last time the truck run? (Asking about the tires and other mechanical components)

I turned it over and drove around the neighborhood a few days ago.

Total for the truck. 13'8"x6'5"x6"
Cooking space. 10'5"x6'5"x6"

The back space sectioned off has a removable partition if you want to open it up a bit more.

What are the conditions of the truck since it is a very old truck?

The truck is in great shape physically and mechanically. The pictures are an accurate representation of its condition.
Mechanically speaking. It idles a little rough when you first turn it over. But runs smoothly once you go a block or two.

Does your truck have stovetops in it right now?

It does not.
As far as equipment goes there's a small fridge (not pictured), a steam tray, microwave, sink that need to be attached to plumbing, cabinets, a small prep table and a closet.

Is there a stove in this truck or just using microwaves and hot plates

As for mechanical equipment (i.e. Not cabinets and tables) a microwave and a steam tray. There is a line splitter for a generator. But I can't say 100% that it works. I haven't tested it.
